In this class, we'll explore asanas, with particular emphasis on alignment and breathing, as well as how to link asanas in a flowing sequence.
In the beginner stage, we introduce a simple version of pranayama (breathing techniques) that can be practiced by anyone. It helps to better understand movement with the breath of static and dynamic balance. It is an integral part of yoga.
This course is designed for beginners who wish to deepen their understanding of the method and start practising safely. If you've already begun your practice, this can be a good opportunity to review the basic elements of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and go through the basics in more detail to grasp all its aspects.
8 classes for 2 weeks on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 6.30am to 8.00am.
Small groups of maximum 5 people.
Instruction in French and English if necessary.
Price CHF 260.
