The last Friday of each month from 06h30 to 08h00
In this led class format, the teacher accompanies students throughout the sequence of postures, inviting them to move and breathe together, in unison.
This collective practice creates a beautiful harmony and establishes a fluid and sustained rhythm—a momentum that can sometimes be more difficult to find when practicing alone, as in the Mysore style.
The guided session aims to anchor the practitioner in a regular tempo, without interruptions. It also helps to free oneself from less accurate automatisms or habits that can develop over time. Finally, by refining each movement, it lightens the practice to better calm the mind and return to the essentials.
