Private sessions give you the opportunity to develop a yoga practice based on your own personal needs, and adapted to your abilities, whether to work on certain specific points that you would like to deepen in more detail, or to begin. It is an excellent possibility to get the basics right and also a good way to prepare you to join the other courses.
