This allows you to integrate the basics more quickly, to have tools and an understanding of the method that goes beyond mere appearances. So gain confidence, and make a smooth transition to practice  Mysore-style.

We also offer a 4-week intro 2 deepening course focused on developing the basics with two sessions per week. It is a perfect choice to deepen the method in order to have essential keys to a deeper practice.

Beginner courses are designed for those who are just starting out, but are also intended for those who would like to refresh their knowledge, or resume their practice after a long break.

If you are a beginner and you do not have the opportunity to get the most out of this course, it is quite possible to introduce the Mysore courses whether you are a beginner or an advanced one. This will always remain one of the best ways to start.

The beginner classes aim to teach yoga from the foundations, to then progress in the practice with autonomy, in order to integrate the Mysore classes and develop a personal practice.

We teach the fundamentals in detail, which are the very essence of the practice, with great emphasis on breathing. We give different and appropriate modifications, so the practice adapts according to each person's abilities and needs. This gives the possibility to the practitioner to build a healthy practice over the long term, and which makes sense.

We recommend starting with an intro 1 course for beginners, which takes place in a small group over 8 lessons, at the rate of 2 lessons per week for 1 month, this course starts every month.
