Mysore courses have the advantage of accommodating and adapting to both beginners and experienced practitioners, with appropriate guidance according to each student's needs.

 

Nevertheless, the intro 1 beginners' courses are designed to integrate the basics more quickly, build confidence and make a smooth transition to Mysore practice.

Yoga débutant

We recommend that you start with an intro 1 course for beginners, which takes place in a small group over 8 lessons, 2 lessons a week for 1 month, starting every month. Or take a few private lessons.

 

If you're a beginner and don't have the opportunity to make the most of this course, it's perfectly possible to introduce Mysore courses whether you're a beginner or an advanced student. It will always be one of the best ways to get started.

 

Whether it's a Mysore course or an introductory course, we give you the tools and an understanding of practice that goes beyond mere appearances, starting with the basics, then progressing to independent practice and personal development.

 

We teach the fundamentals in detail, which are the very essence of the practice, with a strong emphasis on breathing. We give different and appropriate modifications, so that practice adapts to each individual's abilities and needs. This enables the practitioner to build a healthy, long-term practice that makes sense.

 

We also offer a 4-week intro 2 deepening course focused on developing the basics, with two sessions per week. It's a perfect choice for deepening the method to provide essential keys to a more profound practice.

 

Introductory courses are designed for those just starting out, but also for those who would like to refresh their knowledge, or resume their practice after a long break.
