Mysore courses have the advantage of being welcoming and adapted to both beginners and advanced practitioners, with advice tailored to the needs of each student.

Nevertheless, beginners' classes are designed to integrate the basics more quickly, build confidence and make a smooth transition to Mysore-style practice.

We recommend starting with an intro 1 course for beginners, which takes place in a small group, over 8 classes, at a rate of 2 classes per week for 1 month, starting every month. Or take a few private lessons.

If you're a beginner and don't have the opportunity to make the most of this course, it's perfectly possible to introduce Mysore courses whether you're a beginner or an advanced student. It will always be one of the best ways to get started.

Whether in Mysore Style or during an intro, we provide tools and an understanding of practice that goes beyond mere appearances, starting with the foundations, then progressing to independent practice and personal development.

We teach the fundamentals in detail, which are the very essence of the practice, with a strong emphasis on breathing. We give different and appropriate modifications, so that practice adapts to each individual's abilities and needs. This enables the practitioner to build a healthy, long-term practice that makes sense.

We also offer a 4-week intro 2 deepening course focusing on developing the basics with two sessions per week. It's a perfect choice for deepening your knowledge of the method and gaining essential keys to a more profound practice.

The intro courses are designed for those who are just starting out, but also for those who would like to refresh their knowledge, or resume their practice after a long break.
