Ashtanga Vinyasa Beginners
The beginners classes aim to teach yoga from the foundations, to then progress in the practice with autonomy, in order to integrate the Mysore classes and to develop a personal practice.
We teach the fundamentals in detail, which are the essence of the practice, with great emphasis on breathing. We give different and appropriate modifications, so the practice adapts according to the capacities of each one and these needs. This gives the practitioner the opportunity to build a long-term healthy practice that makes sense.
We recommend to start with an intro 1 course for beginners , which takes place in a small group over 8 lessons, at the rate of 2 lessons per week for 1 month, this lesson starts each month.
Where then to take some private lessons.
This allows you to integrate the basics more quickly, to have tools and an understanding of the method that goes beyond mere appearances. So gain confidence, and make a smooth transition to
Mysore style practice.
We also offer a 4 week intro 2 improvment course focused on developing the basics with two sessions per week. It is a perfect choice to deepen the method in order to have essential keys for a deeper practice.
The beginner courses are designed for those who are just starting out, but are also intended for those who would like to refresh their knowledge, or resume their practice after a long hiatus.
If you are a beginner and do not have the opportunity to get the most out of this course, it is quite possible to introduce Mysore courses whether you are a beginner or advanced. This will always be one of the best ways to start.
