In this class format, the teacher leads practitioners through the traditional sequence of postures. In these classes, students move and breathe in unison.
This helps develop a fluidity and rhythm that can be difficult to find in exclusive Mysore-style practice.
The aim of a directed series is to bring the practitioner to a regular rhythm without interruption, to remove the bad habits that can be picked up during Mysore practice, and to purify the practice by removing all unnecessary movements in order to purify the mind.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga classes are for those who already have a certain level of experience and are not recommended for absolute beginners.
Classes take place at the end of each month. See events for dates and times.
“ Yoga serves the individual and does so by inviting transformation rather than giving information. »
