Improvement Intro 2 Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Deepen the basics and breathing until you reach sitting postures. In this course inking, bandas, breathing, focus points become more clearly engaged, and we begin to have a better view of the method and to feel the benefits in terms of energy aspects.
We guide the style of self-practice and give explicit personal adjustments and advice to practitioners. Different materials are used as teaching aids which help to understand more easily how to work and to make constant progress.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is one of the most misunderstood practices. We bring to light all aspects of Yoga.
8 lessons for 4 weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6.30 am to 8 am.
The instruction is done in French and English if necessary.

If the proposed days do not suit you there is always the possibility to start directly in Mysore course which remains an excellent way to start for all levels as well as for all beginners.
