Learn the basics to fundamental postures with proper breathing.
Intro 1 will allow you to acquire autonomy, in order to set up a personal practice.
At the beginner stage, we introduce a simple version of pranayama (breathing techniques) which can be practiced by anyone. It helps to better understand movement with the breath of static and dynamic balance. It is an integral part of yoga.
In this class, we will explore asanas, with special emphasis on alignment and breathing, as well as how to relate asanas together in a fluid sequence.
But not only !
This course takes you beyond the external aspects, into a true understanding of the practice and opens the doors for you to unity towards Yoga.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is one of the most misunderstood practices. We bring to light all aspects of Yoga.
8 lessons for 4 weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6.30 am to 8 am.
Small group of maximum 4 people.
The instruction is done in French and English if necessary.

The beginner courses are designed for those who are just starting out, but are also intended for those who would like to refresh their knowledge, or resume their practice after a long hiatus.
If the proposed days do not suit you there is always the possibility to start directly in Mysore course which remains a great way to start even for very beginners.
